Services We Provide
These services are provided in Lawrence and Crawford counties to ages 5 and up (unless approval is received for younger than 5). Some services are offered via Telehealth
What to Know Before Your First Appointment
Please bring the following information: insurance cards, any copayment, proof of income, and an updated medication list.
A fee may be imposed for cancelled appointments unless a 24-hour notice is given.
Yes, the Lawrence County Health Department accepts Medicaid for substance abuse services.
