  • Laboratory (Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 1:00pm with a doctor's order)
  • Family Planning & Birth Control (discount on Birth Control). Individuals must have prescription to receive discount.

What to Know Before Your First Appointment

Please bring the following information: Immunization records and insurance information.

It is recommended to make an appointment for the following services: WIC, immunizations and labs. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. The LCHD has the right to reschedule appointments for those individuals who are more than 15 minutes late.

Walk-ins are welcome for the following services: blood pressure checks, Tetanus shots needed due to injury, pregnancy tests, TB tests, flu & COVID vaccine, birth control and B12 injections. These walk-in services are accepted Monday – Wednesday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm and Thursdays 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
