Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 10:00 AM
There is a COVID testing fee of $20.

Should you need to schedule an appointment for a different time, please call 618-943-3302. Limited appointments are available with LCHD providers. There is a COVID testing fee of $20.

WHEN CAN I GET THE COVID-19 VACCINE?

Patients can call 618-943-3302 to make an appointment or visit the LCHD Monday - Wednesday from 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. or from 7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Thursday. Should you need to schedule an appointment for a different time, please call 618-943-3302.

WHO CAN GET THE COVID-19 VACCINE?

Children ages 6 months - 11 years may receive the Pfizer vaccine.

Individuals ages 18 and up may receive the Moderna vaccine. 

Which COVID-19 TESTS ARE OFFERED?

Rapid tests are offered Monday - Friday.

Which COVID-19 VACCINATIONS ARE OFFERED?

The Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are all offered as well as boosters for each brand.
Vaccine consent forms may be obtained at the bottom of the page.

Pfizer Bivalent COVID booster is also available.
